What is Life Coaching?
Life coaching is about assisting people to design their future, and live with purpose.
It is an ongoing professional relationship that helps people produce amazing results in their lives, careers, businesses or organizations. Ideally it addresses the whole person. Through a process of coaching, clients deepen their learning, improve their performance and enhance their quality of life.
As a client, you choose the focus of our conversation at each meeting, while I listen and contribute observations and questions. This interaction helps to create clarity and move you to action.

Tele-coaching (by telephone), individually or in groups, has become enormously popular because it offers the convenience of:
NO geographic impediment to using any coach you want
NO travel time
NO traffic or parking hassles
NO dress code
NO distractions

Most of my coaching is arranged and conducted on the telephone and by email. With today's long distance calling options (both national and international), this can be surprizingly inexpensive, and I am usually happy to make our calls if this isn't the case for you.
My clients typically want 2-4, 30-50 minute calls per month, including email coaching and "top up" coaching conversations (5-10 minutes) as needed. Between calls, you undertake the "homework" you have chosen, and as a result, much of your learning, growth and actions happen between the calls.
You are also encouraged to use a pre-session "prep sheet" to keep us both up-to-date on your progress and focus. My aim is to add to what you could do on your own, not to replace it.
Some people want a multi-year partnership, others want to fly solo after 3 months, and some clients may use my services for a while, take time off and then return to coaching later on. We normally start with a three month commitment (to transcend normal energy cycles), and I suggest that my clients stay with me as long as my coaching is worthwhile.
